Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days excluding weekends and holidays.


International Shipping
Delivery for international orders typically takes 7–21 business days but may extend up to 25 days depending on delays. If your package has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT once it reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, as Shop By Ming does not cover or control these fees. Additionally, parcels may be delayed, held, or stopped by customs, which is beyond our control. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.


Delays & Delivery Issues

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is no longer within our control. If your package is delayed, please contact your local post office for assistance.
